This is my band's website. I looked at a lot of band websites before building this one, basically to figure out what a typical band website needs. What I found out was that the best sites are built very much like a promo pack that you would send to a club or a record company. You need pictures and descriptions of your band, a band biography, a calendar of when your shows are, any samples of music you may have, quotes from people about your band, and a way to get in touch with the band.

The home page is used for news updates, as well as some contact information and an automated mailing list sign up feature. We have an interactive comments feature so visitors can leave us messages. While we're not using any blog software for this site, the home page is designed to look like and act like a blog.

The calendar is a simple list of dates and club information, as well as some booking information at the bottom. The awesome logo on the top was done by my friend (and bass player) Kevin Kalahiki.

The Music page shows the track list for our album and gives links to mp3's. There is also a link to a lyrics page with a good number of our songs written out there.

The Band page contains biography information, links to any press and quotes from people about the band. This page is designed to give the the view a quick overview of the band and its sound.

The Gallery is has links to pictures of the band as well as to some of our show fliers.

This is a page of pictures from one of our live shows. There were a whole bunch but we just chose the most interesting ones and included (witty) captions below them.

The Merchanidise page is all about commerce! We set up a free PayPal account and have the ability to accept payments online. We're selling our demo album and t-shirts.

The Contact us page has all the info you'd need to get a hold of the band.

Our links page is a listing of all the things that are important to us as well as a list of some local Bay Area music venues.
